By downloading or playing Idle Turret (the "Game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play the Game. If you access the Game through Google Play, Google's own terms also apply, and where they conflict with these on matters Google controls (such as payment processing and refunds), Google's terms govern those matters.
Your license to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold — NZKF LLC keeps all rights to the Game, its code, art, names, and content. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except where the law says we can't stop you.
Eligibility
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and up. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, play only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Virtual currency and items
The Game contains virtual currencies (such as coins, essence, ore, and cores) and virtual items (such as upgrades and cosmetic skins). These exist only inside the Game: they have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred, and are a limited license, not property. As a live game, we routinely adjust balance — prices, rates, and effects of virtual currencies and items may change as the Game evolves, and such changes are not a basis for compensation. Your progress is stored locally on your device; deleting the Game or its data may permanently erase progress, and we cannot restore it.
Purchases
Where available, the Game may offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play's billing system. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund process; except where required by law, purchases of virtual items are final once delivered.
Optional rewarded ads
Where available, the Game may offer optional video ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game boosts. Watching ads is never required to play or progress.
Fair play
Don't cheat. You agree not to use exploits, automation tools, tampered versions of the Game, or methods that manipulate the Game's save data, purchases, or (where available) leaderboards. We may suspend or terminate your license to play, without compensation, if you materially violate these terms.
The Game is provided "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, and NZKF LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Where the law does not allow these limits, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local law grants you that cannot be waived.
Changes to the Game and these terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms by posting the new version at this page with a new effective date; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction applies mandatorily.
